I work from my home which is available to current customers whenever they need to see me or deliver or pick up their computing device. So I do not have store hours but am normally available during regular busness hours. Those hours are listed below. However, exceptions are made in certain circumstances. For example one of my customers is a Tax Preparation business and during the season they need me at various hours and during during the tax season that does not conform to the schedule below. Also have customers who cannot shutdown during business hours and require my services during off hours and onsite. Collection & Return Service
Normally for residential customers I ask they bring me their computing device for diagnostic and repair work and pickup their devices during business hours. Again exceptions can be made. Services can be performed onsite and via remote. Onsite services cost more than remote services and charges for bringing in your device and pick up of your device is a reduced rate. Charges are based on complexity and time required to perform repair or upgades. Parts purchased are priced to you at the price I buy them plus sales tax, but there could be charges for shipping that is incurred to obtain your part(s).
