that'd probably be best found rooting about in old BBS Door archives found all
over the 'net...

no, allfix older than v6.* cannot be registered... that and the owner has
recently passed on to another plane of existance... not sure what will happen
with the code considering the ownership and no knowledge what any will may have
 allowed to be done with it... there are, however, at least two or three coders
 that do have the code...

as for finding a different TIC processor, that may be a tough job considering
the age of the BBS software... the old Tic or Raid may work but automatically
updating your BBS' file areas might be a but of a manual chore... the existing
filegate.zxx file is in Raid format so using it should be ok... at least for
the area definitions and access permissions...
