  One place to look is the copyright file provided in the debian pkg, to see if
they're using the 'Files-Excluded' keyword, which in this case it is:

Files-Excluded: Android.mk
                android-project
                debian
                VisualC
                VisualC-WinRT
                Xcode
                Xcode-iOS
