Hallo Richard! RM> It was because somebody wrote that he never heard of DOS Latin 1. I fail to see where it claims "Latin 1", although I have seen a few hits that claim CP437 as upper or higher ascii which of course doesn't really exist except in the minds of those who don't really know what they're talking about. However the particular link in question doesn't make such a claim. In fact they don't actually make any meaningful claim to anything. RM> They have asked!
