I had a cousin install it on her laptop and I have it installed on my PC. When she starts the program, she gets some id-number. She calls me (could also send email) that id-number. When I put that id-number in my TeamViewer I get a window with her computer screen. I can than do whatever has to be done, while she is watching what is happening on the screen at her home. Saves me a trip of 300 km. With TeamViewer you could go into the registry of her computer yourself. :-) -- Fred W.
