This piece of psychopathic slime is speaking to someone whom he claims
offended him. However, as usual, the Duck####er wants to take it out
on a woman. A woman who supposedly is a friend of the "offender".

You can see in this post the PRACTICE OF FEAR MONGERING which Duck####
Cook luvvs so much.

Psychopaths are all about control. Here Duck#### Cook is trying his
best for total and humiliating control over another.
