      Title: Dominic Jack's Hogmanay Cocktail

     35 ml North Berwick Citrus Vodka
     15 ml Domaine de Canton ginger
           - liqueur
     10 ml Cinnamon syrup
     10 ml Ginger syrup
     30 ml Cranberry juice
     15 ml Egg white

MMMMM--------------------------GARNISH-------------------------------
      1    Cranberry
      1    Piece candied ginger

  Add all of the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker
  and dry shake (ie with no ice). Then add ice and shake
  again to get a foam-like consistency Pass through a fine
  sieve, pouring the liquid into a glass. Garnish with a
  cranberry and candied ginger on a cocktail stick and
  balance across the glass.
