MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Potato William Categories: Potatoes, Dairy, Herbs Yield: 8 Servings 475 g Potatoes; peeled Salt & fresh cracked pepper 1 pn Ground nutmeg 2 Egg yolk 1 tb Butter 1 tb Sour cream 8 Whole cloves Oil for deep frying MMMMM--------------------------BREADING------------------------------- Flour 3 lg Eggs Bread crumbs In a small pot add oil and heat to 375┬░F/190┬░C Cook potatoes in boiling, salted, water until fork tender Strain potatoes, mash and add seasoning, nutmeg, sour cream, butter and egg yolks. Blend well. Prepare breading station. Shape potatoes into pear shapes. Gently roll into flour and pat excess flour off Next add to beaten egg mixture, and finally add to breading.
