MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
Title: Samuel's Pancake Mix
Categories: Breads, Grains, Dairy
Yield: 18 Cups
10 c Pastry flour
5 ts (rounded) baking powder
1 tb Baking soda
1/4 c Sugar
3 ts Salt
3 c Cornflakes crumbs
2 c Rolled oats
3 c Whole wheat flour
Egg & milk
Combine all ingredients, cover and store when ready to
use mix about 1 1/2 cups dry mix with 1 egg and 1 1/2
cups milk. Bake on griddle as usual.
Yield: 18 cups dry mix.
