MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Salmon Poached in the Dishwasher Categories: Five, Citrus, Seafood Yield: 6 Servings 6 (6 oz ea) salmon filets 3 tb Olive oil 3 tb Fresh squeezed lime juice Salt & pepper Heavy duty aluminum foil Cut three (12" squares of heavy duty aluminum foil. Grease the shiny side of the foil with the oil. Place 2 filets side by side on each square and fold up the edges to hold the lime juices. Pour 1 tablespoon lime juice over each pair of filets. Season with salt and pepper. Seal salmon in foil so that the package is airtight. Place in dishwasher on top rack and poach for entire wash and dry cycle. Note: Use high heat setting (DO NOT use economy setting) Remove from dishwasher and serve with a cilantro sauce.
