MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Charles' Cornflake Chicken Nuggets
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Cheese, Grains
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      2    Chicken breast fillets
           Plain flour
      1 sm Bowl cornflakes
           Grated cheese
      1 lg Beaten egg
 
  Preheat the oven to 200┬░C400┬░F/Gas 6. Grease a baking
  tray.
  
  Cut chicken breasts into desired sized cubes. Coat with
  flour.
  
  Crush cornflakes (not too small) and add in cheese.
  
  Dip chicken pieces into beaten egg, then into cornflakes
  to coat. Pop onto greased baking tray.
  
  Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  
  Serve and enjoy.
  
  Serves: 4
