MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: St. Ignatius, MT No-Bake Fruitcake Categories: Cakes, Fruits, Citrus, Dairy, Nuts Yield: 10 servings 5 oz Can evaporated milk 1/3 c Orange juice concentrate 2 c Miniature marshmallows 13 1/2 oz Pkg graham cracker crumbs 1 c Raisins 1 c Chopped mixed candied fruit 1 c Chopped walnuts 3/4 c Chopped dates 1/4 c Halved candied cherries 1 ts Ground cinnamon 1 ts Ground nutmeg 1/2 ts Ground cloves Line a 9" x 5" loaf pan with waxed paper; coat the paper with cooking spray; set aside. In a saucepan, combine milk and orange juice concentrate. Add marshmallows; cook and stir until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Pat into prepared pan.
