MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Uncle Bill's BBQ Sauce Categories: Five, Bbq, Sauces, Herbs Yield: 1 Quart 2 c White vinegar 2 c Prepared (yellow) mustard 2 tb Dry mustard 1/2 c Sugar; more to taste Pepper 1/2 lb Butter This is a recipe that has been in my family for years, my uncle came up with it and he lived just outside Columbia in Lexington. Used to make bbq on holidays for the whole community. Melt butter add rest of ingredients. Stir and simmer until well blended, about 10 minutes or so. Good on pork, chicken or beef. I hope you try it, it is easy to halve or quarter recipe. Keep in fridge. From: Linda S. Charles From: http://www.recipelink.com Uncle Dirty Dave's Archives MMMMM ...
