MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Olaf Sundae Categories: I scream, Novelty, Candy Yield: 1 servings 2 tb White sugar 1 c Heavy cream 1/2 ts Vanilla extract Ice 1/3 c Salt White candy melts 1 Orange taffy candy 2 Edible googly eyes or candy - eyeballs (found in the - baking section of your - local craft store) Edible black marker 2 Pretzel sticks Blue sprinkles EQUIPMENT: 1 pint-sized plastic storage bag 1 gallon-sized plastic storage bag Combine sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla in the pint-sized bag and stir to an even consistency. Make sure to seal the bag tightly. Squeeze out any extra air. Place salt and ice into gallon-sized bag. It should be about half full. Place pint-sized bag into the larger bag of ice. Wrap with a towel and shake until ice cream is the consistency you desire. Place in freezer until ready to serve. Prepare a baking sheet with wax paper. Melt white candy melts in a bowl. Use a spoon to draw OlafC╟╓s face shape with melted candy melts. Leave to set. Create OlafC╟╓s nose from an orange taffy candy. Place two edible googly eyes onto OlafC╟╓s face. Use an edible marker to draw OlafC╟╓s eyebrows and mouth. Scoop out two ice cream scoops and place one on top of the other.
