MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Mexican Pork Steaks
 Categories: Five, Pork, Salsa, Citrus, Herbs
      Yield: 4 servings

      4    Pork steaks; 1/2" thick
      1 ts Oil
      1 c  Chunky salsa
    1/3 c  Water
      2 tb Lemon juice
    1/2 ts Ground cumin
    Salt

  Heat oil in nonstick skillet; brown pork steaks on
  both sides.

  Combine salsa, water, lemon juice and cumin; pour
  mixture over chops. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

  Yield: 4 servings
