MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Egbert's Drunken Stew Categories: Five, Beef, Soups, Wine, Pasta Yield: 4 servings 2 lb Stew beef 21 1/2 oz (2 cans) golden mushroom - soup 2 oz Env dry onion soup mix 3/4 c Dry vermouth Egg noodles Cut the beef into bit size cubes. Place beef in baking dish. Mix together the mushroom soup, onion soup and vermouth and stir into the beef. Bake for 3 hours at 325┬░F/165┬░C, uncovered.
