MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Instant Pot Corned Beef Categories: Five, Beef, Vegetables Yield: 4 servings 4 lb Corned Beef; w/seasonings 1/2 c Butter 1 3/4 c Water Salt & pepper Cooked Cabbage * Place your corned beef in a 6 quart electric pressure cooker with all juices or seasonings that come in the package. Add butter and water. Seal the lid and set your pressure cooker to high pressure for 90 minutes with the warming feature turned off. After your pressure cooker reaches pressure and cooks for 90 minutes, let it release naturally for 15 minutes before flipping to quick release. Taste to see if you need to add salt and pepper, if desired. Serve over a bed of cooked cabbage. Don't forget the carrots and parsley potatoes.
