MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Christina's Muffins
 Categories: Cakes, Snacks, Squash, Fruits
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      2 c  Whole wheat flour
      1 tb Baking powder
      1 ts Cinnamon
    3/4 ts Salt
      2 lg Eggs
    3/4 c  Milk
    1/3 c  Oil
    1/4 c  Honey
      1 c  Coarse grated zucchini
    2/3 c  Raisins
 
  Oil the muffin cups, sift together the ingredients and
  in another bowl beat the eggs and mix with the oil, milk
  and honey.
  
  Add the dry ingredients and stir to moisten.
  
  Stir in the zucchini and raisins and spoon that gloop
  into the muffin cups.
  
  Bake for 25 minutes in a 375┬░F/190┬░C.
