MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: George's Sushi
 Categories: Five, Rice, Cheese, Vegetables
      Yield: 12 servings
 
      2 c  Sushi rice; prepared
      1    Carrot; julienned
    1/2 c  Cream cheese
 
  Lay the rice on a bamboo mat, in a rectangle shape.
  
  Spread half the cream cheese on the top half of the
  rice.
  
  Top with half the carrot.
  
  Roll to form a log.
  
  Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, then cut into 6
  slices.
