 Categories: Vegetables, Potatoes, Pork, Chilies
      Yield: 4 servings

    250 g Chickpeas
      2 lg Carrots
      3 Leeks
      2 lg Potatoes
     12 cl Fresh garlic
     50 g Ham
     50 g Chorizo
           Water
           Extra virgin olive oil
           Salt
           Parsley

Put the chickpeas to soak on the eve. Drains

Put plenty of water in the instant pot . Add the
chickpeas, peeled carrots and whole leeks. When the
water begins to boil, add the chickpeas. Season. Close
the pot and cook for 5 minutes after the steam starts to
come out. After this time, open the pot, remove the
vegetables and reserve them. Close the pot again and let
the chickpeas cook for 20 more minutes after the steam
comes out. Drain and reserve the chickpeas.

Clean the fresh garlic and dice them in cylinders. Sauté
with the chickpeas in a pan with oil. Season.

FOR THE MASHED POTATO: Cook the potatoes in a pan with
water and salt for 25 minutes. Let temper, peel and cut.
Pass the potatoes and vegetables reserved for the mashed
raisin. Make a point of salt. Place the mashed potato on
the bottom of the plate and distribute the chickpeas on
  top.

Chop the chorizo and ham into small pieces and sauté in
a pan with a little oil. Sprinkle the chickpeas and
serve. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.

ADVICE: After 10 minutes of putting the pot, remove the
vegetables and leave the chickpeas 20 minutes more. If
we leave the vegetables for 30 minutes, they will be
  discarded inside the pot
