MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Adolph's Savoury Cheeseball Categories: Five, Cheese, Beef, Vegetables Yield: 1 Cheeseball 8 oz Cream cheese 1 bn Green onions; chopped 2 oz Pastrami; thin sliced, fine - chopped 1 ts Meat tenderizer 1 tb Worcestershire sauce Place cream cheese in bowl and let soften just a bit. Add fine chopped pastrami and green onions, including about half of the green. Add the tenderiser and the Worcestershire sauce and (this part is a bit messy) knead mixture thoroughly with clean hands. Form into a ball, roll in the remainder of the green onion tops.
