MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Victor's Peking Noodles Categories: Beef, Pasta, Sauces, Vegetables Yield: 6 Servings 2 lb Ground beef 2 Scallions; diced 15 oz Jar Hoisin sauce 2 tb Corn starch +=DISSOLVED IN=+ 1 c Water 1 lb Linguine MMMMM--------------------------GARNISH------------------------------- Peeled cucumber in thin - strips Scallion; diced SAUCE: add 2-3 TBS of oil in wok or skillet; when hot, add scallion; stir. Add beef and cook until done. Add Hoisin sauce; stir; add corn starch water (slowly, a portion at a time until the sauce gets a little sticky). Stir often and let it simmer (the longer the better, this way the beef will disintegrate.) Add black pepper to taste. Cook pasta according to instructions on the box.
