MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Albert's Easy Breakfast Casserole
 Categories: Five, Pork, Breads, Cheese
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 lb Country sausage
      8 oz Tube crescent rolls
      6 lg Eggs; beaten
      2 c  Shredded cheddar cheese
 
  Set the oven @ 350┬░F/175┬░C.
  
  Brown and crumble the Country Sausage until cooked
  through, and then drain.
  
  Spray 9" ├ù 13" pan with nonstick cooking spray and then
  roll out the crescent rolls to cover the bottom of the
  pan.
  
  Cover the crescent rolls with a layer of the sausage,
  then beat the eggs and pour over the sausage, and
  finally, top with the cheddar cheese.
  
  Bake for 30 minutes.
