MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Foundation Cinnamon Rolls Categories: Five, Breads, Desserts, Fruits Yield: 12 Servings One recipe of Foundation - Sweet Dough 6 tb Melted butter 1 1/2 c Brown sugar 1 tb Ground cinnamon 1 c Raisins (opt) When dough is light, divide into 2 portions. Roll into oblong pieces 1/4" thick. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and raisins. Roll like a jelly roll and cut slices 1/2" thick, using a sharp knife. Place slices 1" apart on greased tin with cut side down. Let rise in a warm place until light (about 1 hour). Bake at 400┬░F/205┬░C for 20-25 minutes. These may be spread with plain butter frosting while still warm. VARIATION: They are also delicious if baked in 2 cups of syrup that is poured into the bottom of the pan before the dough is added.
