MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Madeleine
 Categories: Five, Beverages, Booze, Fruits
      Yield: 1 servings

    1/3 oz Coconut Rum
    1/3 oz Gin
    2/3 oz Passoa *
      4 oz Pineapple Juice

  * a unique Passion Fruit liqueur, has a luscious red
  color with tangy fruit flavors. Based on a unique
  ingredient, passion fruit, or "maraca" in Portuguese,
  this liqueur blends perfectly with any fruit juice, or
  can be used as a base for cocktails.

  Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

  Shake well then strain into chilled hurricane glass (the
  classic cocktail glass also can be used).

  Garnish with maraschino cherry and a cocktail umbrella.

  Alternatively a pineapple wedge may be used as a
  garnish.
