MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Tom Collins Categories: Beverages, Booze, Citrus Yield: 1 servings 3/4 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice 3/4 oz Simple syrup 1 1/2 oz London Dry gin 1/2 oz Cognac Ice Club soda GARNISH: brandied cherry, orange wedge Add lemon juice, simple syrup, gin, and cognac to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, then shake briefly. Strain into a ice-filled collins glass.
