MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: St. Swithin's Day Swordfish Salad Categories: Seafood, Chilies, Vegetables, Sauces Yield: 4 Servings 1 lg Piece of cooked swordfish 1 Chopped jalape├▒o pepper 1 Chopped dill pickle spear 2 Chopped green olives 3 Chopped scallions 1/4 ts (ea) kosher salt & fresh - ground pepper 1/4 c Mayonnaise 1 tb Dijon mustard 1 tb Chopped parsley Dice the swordfish into bite size chunks and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in the chopped jalape├▒o pepper, chopped pickle, chopped olives, chopped scallions, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mustard and parsley. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
