MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Olga Gonzalez's Guacamole
 Categories: Fruits, Dips, Citrus, Vegetables
      Yield: 2 Servings
 
      2    Avocados, halved, pitted &
           - peeled
    1/4 c  Chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 c  Fine chopped white onions
      2 tb Fresh lime juice
      1 ts Salt
      1    Plum tomato; diced
           Tortilla chips; for serving

  In a large bowl, add the avocados and, using a potato
  masher, mash until slightly chunky. Then gently fold in
  the cilantro, onions, lime juice, salt and tomatoes.
  Serve with tortilla chips.
