MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Olga Bread Categories: Breads Yield: 6 Servings 1 c Milk 1/4 c Honey 1/4 c Butter 1 ts Salt 2 1/4 ts (1 env) active dry yeast 1/4 c Warm water 1 ts Sugar 4 c Flour; divided 1 lg Egg In a medium pan, scald milk. Pour into large mixing bowl. Add honey, butter and salt. Cool until luke warm. In a small bowl, combine yeast, warm water and sugar. Stir until dissolved. set aside. Add 1 1/2 cups flour to the milk mixture. With dough attachment, beat. Beat in egg and yeast mixture. Slowly add 2 1/2 cups flour, a little at a time, until dough is sticky. Don't add more flour. Turn out onto well-floured counter. Spray hands with cooking spray and knead for 2 minutes. Place in oiled bowl and turn. Cover and wait patiently for it to double in size. Turn out onto oiled surface. Divide into 16 peices. Roll into 8-10" circles or oblongs, no thicker than 1/8" - thiness is critical, shape isn't. Heat a dry skillet.
