MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Lamb Shashlik Categories: Five, Lamb/mutton, Bbq, Citrus Yield: 4 Servings 1 1/2 lb Lamb; cut from leg 3 md Onions; sliced 1 tb Parsley; fresh chopped 1 1/4 c Lemon juice 1 ts Pepper peas Trim away all fat from meat. Cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes. Place in a bowl together with onion, parsley, pepper and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove meat from marinade and pat dry. Skewer the meat. Preheat the broiler to high. Broil under very high heat, turning often until done and sprinkiling with water or wine. Well done will take about 20 minutes.
