MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Cindy Francis' Easy Parmesan Garlic Chicken
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Cheese
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 c  Parmesan cheese
  1 1/4 oz Env Italian salad-dressing
           Mix
      6    Chicken-breast halves
 
  Set oven to 400┬░F/205┬░C.
  
  In a shallow dish, mix the Parmesan cheese and the
  salad-dressing mix.
  
  Moisten chicken with water. Dip chicken into dish and
  coat both sides with cheese mixture.
  
  Place chicken on a nonstick baking sheet or a baking
  sheet misted with cooking spray. Bake for 20 to 25
  minutes, or until cooked through. (For a golden
  appearance, set oven to broil after chicken is cooked.
  Broil for 2 to 4 minutes, or until golden brown.)
