MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Grammy Smith's Pineapple Stuffing
 Categories: Five, Sides, Fruits, Breads
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1 c  White sugar
    1/2 c  Butter; softened
      4 lg Eggs; beaten
     20 oz Can crushed pineapple;
           - undrained
     15 sl Bread; in cubes
 
  Set oven to 350┬░F/175┬░C. Butter a 1 1/2 quart baking
  dish.
  
  Beat sugar and butter together in a bowl using an electric
  mixer until smooth and creamy; add eggs and beat until
  smooth. Stir crushed pineapple and juice into creamed
  butter mixture until evenly incorporated. Fold bread into
  pineapple mixture; transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  Cover dish with aluminum foil.
  
  Bake until lightly browned and set, about 1 hour.
