MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Hedda's Restaurant Salsa Categories: Vegetables, Herbs, Chilies, Citrus Yield: 12 servings 28 oz Can whole plum tomatoes; - w/juice 1 sm White onion; peeled, rough - chopped 2 Jalepenos; seeded, chopped 3 cl Garlic; chopped 1 1/2 ts Ground cumin; to taste 1 ts Salt; to taste 1/4 ts Granulated sugar; opt to - taste 2 Handfuls cilantro 3 tb Lime juice Add all ingredients to food processor in the order listed. Pulse a few times to break up the large pieces, then process until texture is as smooth as desired. Taste the salsa and based on personal preference, adjust as necessary. Transfer to airtight container and let sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or 1 day for best flavor. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
