MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Aunt Teresa's Chicken
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Vegetables, Soups
      Yield: 2 servings
 
 21 1/2 oz (2 cans) cream of mushroom
           - soup
      2    Carrots; shredded
      4    Chicken thighs
      1 lg Onion; sliced
      1 lg Bell pepper; sliced
 
  Oven to 350┬░F/175┬░C.
  
  In a 9" x 13" baking dish, layer in the following order:
  onion, bell pepper, carrots and chicken. Pour soup over
  the top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45
  minutes.
  
  Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
