MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Cuthbert House Inn Cinnamon French Toasts Categories: Five, Breads, Dairy Yield: 4 servings 6 sl Challah or brioche-type - bread 3 lg Eggs 1/4 c Half & Half 2 ts Vanilla extract 1 tb Ground cinnamon; more to - taste Beat the eggs and mix them with the rest of the ingredients except for the bread. Heat a greased griddle until a drop of water dances on it. Dunk each slice of bread in the egg mixture until generously coated. Cook on your hot griddle until golden brown. Slice into triangles and serve three triangles on each plate. Garnish with fruit and powdered sugar if desired.
