MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Cuthbert's Savory Beef Roast Categories: Five, Beef, Vegetables, Soups, Potatoes Yield: 6 servings 4 lb Boneless chuck roast 43 oz (4 cans) cream of mushroom - soup 2 tb Wyler's Beef Bouillon - granules 2 lb Carrots; peeled, trimmed, im - 1 1/2" chunks 3 lb Potatoes; peeled, in 1 1/2" - chunks Place roast in a large(ish) roasting pan, sprinkle with bouillon granules. Let sit while you peel and chop the carrots and potatoes. Place the mixed potatoes and carrots around the chuck roast, sprinkling with more of the bouillon granules. Mix the soup with the 2 TB of bouillon granules until well combines and smooth. Pour the result over the beef and vegetables and place in a 325┬░F/165┬░C oven, covered for about six hours total.
