MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Max' Hot Rice
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Rice, Sauces
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 kg (2.2 lb) Chicken
    500 g  Hot wok vegetables *
    400 g  Rice
    150 ml Teriyaki sauce
 
  * snow peas, red bell pepper strips, bok choy, broccoli,
  cauliflower, mushrooms. etc.
  
  Cook the rice. Meanwhile, bake the chicken. Add the wok
  vegetables and the Teriyaki sauce. Give the rice a few
  minutes of rest. Let the chicken and the vegetables
  simmer for a few minutes.
  
  Serve in a bowl.
