About the same for me.  I always get a lot of noise being in an apartment
except when the power got out.  Unfortunatly my backup barry is no longer good
enough to transmit with..  And power outages aren't predictable and don't
happen when it'd be useful.

I have 14.300 on now and heard a couple weak signals about an hour ago..
