Hi All,

If anyone has any constructive suggestions for modifying my echo rules, feel 
free to make them. I AM the elisted moderator of this echo and rest assured my 
rules will get posted on a regular basis. This all should not matter much since
 
I have a strict hands off approach to moderation. 

And yes, I did write a script to post rules to everything I am elisted on 
simply because I could! Now if the extremely brief post once a month is a real 
problem for anyone, may I suggest a good counselor? I cannot help you
