have you opened the needed port(s) in your router/modem/firewall thing from
your ISP? opening them may be as easy as port forwarding them to your irex
machine... unless you are using the ""DMZ"" on your ISP device which i hope not
 if you have only one machine... those ""DMZ"" are completely unprotected and
wide open...
