yeah, nope... that's not how it works... certainly not for stripping seenbys...
 if/when they're stripped, all of them are stripped... then new ones added for
the new further distribution paths... the only ""intelligence"" about seenbys
is how they are shortened and sorted... that needs to be known for proper
distribution and further additions...
