But I never tried to compile it nor tested it... :clap: :clap: :clap: that's great! i think there's only one other tosser that supports goldbase, these days... i can't even recall which BBS software it was that used it... one of the quickBBS clones, IIRC... goldbase is simply an expanded HMB using larger variable types... longint instead of word and word instead of byte being two of those changes... i don't recall if they expanded the number of areas over 200, though... then someone did something where you could have multiple bases stored in different directories which multiplied the number of areas possible but you still had the same msg*.bbs and lastread.bbs files to step through in each directory... )\/(ark Always Mount a Scratch Monkey Do you manage your own servers?
