SemPoint is a very nice program for a BBS-esque experience (extensive tagline
options/stealing, etc; many other configurable options, all in a nice GUI style
 to look great in Windows).  Albiet, it is _16bit._  I am using it here with
WinXP.

To bring it up do date (that is, tcp/ip), it would need a little help with
BinkD.  The manual method with BW or QWK is not my preference.  But it could
work for a n00bie getting aquainted with bbsing.
