Question for those of us who want to implement support in our sysems, I 
understand like PCB test editor (^aCOLS: 72), however, what about those 
of us who also support Content-Type: ... format=flowed ?? Should I use 
-1, or 0 to denote do not re-word-wrap as it will contain 0x0d where it 
needs to if the client formatted there post?

Like this reply, should be 1 long string, 0x0d0d then this sentenence. 
(if I had implemented COLS in my newsgroup server).
