i don't know, greg... your 1:123/130 nodelist entry doesn't show any
non-standard port for your IBN flag... there is one for your 1:123/131 entry,
though... if you need a non-standard port for your IBN flag, you have to
contact me anyway so i can make the necessary change...

as for "deny unknown connections", that really should be turned off otherwise
no one else can, out of the blue, drop off direct delivered netmail to your
system... we won't mention that your NC (1:123/0) should not be being denied
connections
