Perhaps not, except to point out the hypocrisy of those who try to claim
that EP1 is being followed when almost none of it is relevant nor used.

If someone wants to have a go, I'll applaud them from the sidelines.
The most I would do would be to share with them the final result of the
previous negotiation of the group that worked on it.
