Is it really important?
 
In times of growth and overhead in management of the network those documents
provided a solid base to go on. In the meantime over the years we have lost 97%
 of the mass and the focus has shifted from managing the operation of the
network to keeping duct-taped together what still is left.
 
After 30 some years as a node it is interesting to see how history gets
re-written at times, by whom, and for which purpose.
 
Now if someone still wants to get a crack at ammending P4, I'm game to try it
again ,,, perhaps just for the mere fact of proving it can be ammended. Perhaps
 the idiots who prided themselves the previous time of making the effort
collapse are gone ...
