I was trying to figure out how to access it. I messaged the guy I bought it
from, he never used it, he used the phone to set it up. I don't have a VOIP
phone so.  I was trying to figure out the default ip address to get to the web
set up

All the LED's light up, the network light flashes when access my router, so
it's getting some kind of connectivity. How do I factory reset it?

Could you point me to some help sites, or anything I can read to get that
going?
