Be careful when buying Voip ATA's from Ebay... make sure they are unlocked.
Although the Grandstream's are pretty easy to unlock if necessary.

The first is to be able to access the web-admin interface. This would be done 
on the LAN side. If the LAN is not responding, the unit probably needs to be 
factory-reset. Also make sure the WAN is not connected; since if its locked to
a provider, its likely going to try to go on the Internet to provision itself.

I believe the 702 requires the firmware to be updated via setting up a TFTP 
server. This isn't hard, but a bit involved.
