Had to do it myself few years back including two UPS's that saved the IT kit but not the UPS's themselves nor the modem, hub and router. Needless to say when the new UPS units arrived everything was placed under the UPS. This was only a fault that caused power to gow from 240 nominal to 96 then 300 or so but they did try and say the power did not jump like that at least until the point that I showed the UPS logs with the power surge.
